The Holy Spirit -- Who is He?

THIS IS ONLY THE BASIC LESSON ABOUT THE TOPIC "The Holy Spirit -- Who is He?" The 2nd Discussion about it will be post soon.

Okay so what is the Holy Spirit? According to us Catholics, it is the 3rd personna on the Holy Trinity, so it is God. For other sects, it is only the Power of God.. or one of the 7 spirits..

Genesis 1:2 ~ In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the waters.

* as we can see, in the beginning of the world, the Spirit of God already existed. The original word used for the word "Spirit of God" is "ruah" which means "Holy Spirit" [source: JEROME BIBLICAL COMMENTARY, pg 11]
 
IS THE HOLY SPIRIT A GOD?
 
YES (how?)
 
* on Genesis 1:1, it says that on the creation of the world, the Holy Spirit already existed. God is the only one who rules forever(from the beginning and no end), and since the Holy Spirit existed from the beginning, it is a God. 
 
Isaias 43:3 ~ For I am the LORD, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I give Egypt for your ransom, Cush and Seba in your stead.
Isaias 6:3 ~ And they were calling to one another: "Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory."
 
 
* on the verses above, it says that only God is called "holy". And since the Spirit of God is called "holy" (ruah on gen.1:1), it is indeed a God.
 
Matthew 12:32 ~ Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.
 
2 Corinthians 3:17-18 ~ Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
